VALLEY fORGE lEADERSHIP pRAYER bREAKFAST
Since 1994, the Valley Forge Leadership Prayer Breakfast has been an annual event where respected business, ministry, civil, sports, political, and community leaders come together to fellowship, network, and share the good news of the gospel. This unique event shines a light on accomplished men and women who reflect that light onto Jesus Christ.
For 31 years God has used this event to bring people to Himself as they see and hear the testimonies of successful speakers. It moves the hearts of the hearers when powerful people declare their allegiance, submission, and humble need for a relationship with God, through Jesus Christ. 2026 Prayer Breakfast Speaker
Mark Kroeker is Senior Partner at Kroeker Partners LLC, a company providing justice and rule of law support in domestic and global environments. He has been engaged in police development programs in Haiti, Mali, Burkina Faso, Liberia, Lebanon and Afghanistan among others.
Following a thirty-two-year career in the Los Angeles Police Department where he rose to the rank of Deputy Police Chief, Mark served as Deputy Police Commissioner of the UN Mission in Bosnia.
He later became Portland Oregon's Police Chief where he served for almost 4 years.
In 2003, he was appointed the first post-war Police Commissioner for the UN Misson in Liberia. He then served as Police Advisor to the Secretary General at UN Headquarters New York
Mark served for five years as Vice President for Intelligence and Crisis Management for the Walt Disney Company.
Before launching his own company in 2015, he was Senior Vice President for Justice and Rule of Law at Pacific Architects and Engineers, where he led US State Department’s rule of law related contracts in multiple environments.
His current or past affiliations include the Israeli Palestinian American Anti-Incitement Committee, the UN’s Model Criminal Codes project, the International Policing Advisory Committee and the Independent Review Panel of the UN Police Division and the International Justice Mission.
In 1988, he founded the World Children's Transplant Fund, and he continues to serve as the Board's Chairman.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University at Los Angeles and a Master of Science degree in International Public Administration from the University of Southern California. He is also a graduate of the California Law Enforcement Command College and the Northwestern University Traffic Institute.
He has been married to his wife Diane for 62 years; they have three children and 3 grandchildren.
